All flower petals, gem stones and leaves are 100% natural, which means they come in all different shapes and sizes making iida jewellery truly one of a kind!

 

Gold filled is an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded to another metal.

It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors. 

It is economical alternative to solid gold!

 

If you want to customise a design please don"t hesitate to contact me.

I am happy to make your own original design.

 

Candles are hand crafted using soy wax and preserved flowers.

 We ship worldwide from London, UK. All the UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class service with delivery confirmation. Orders to Europe are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service with end-to-end tracking. Orders to the rest of the world are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service with full tracking and signature required upon delivery.

 

Deliveries are calculated by weight using royal mail.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

 

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 

In the unlikely event that you find a fault with your item contact me at the below email address witin 2 weeks of purchase. Please outline the fault , product, your name and address. Send the item back to us at your own cost (we will provide return address on the invoice) and we will gladly do an exchange or a refund.

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Item must be unworn, unused, in original condition and packaging (tags/labels intact).

• Custom / personalised pieces (including bespoke or custom-ordered items) may be non-returnable unless faulty.

• Earrings or piercing jewellery might be excluded from “change-of-mind” returns (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty on arrival.

• Customer likely responsible for return postage (and recommended to use tracked / insured service).

• If item is faulty on arrival, contact Iida Jewellery ASAP with photos for possible refund, repair or replacement
